SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

At Rethes, we kindly ask for 2-5 business days to process your order. Following this, expect a standard shipping time of 6-14 business days, depending on your location. Once you complete your purchase, we'll send you an order confirmation email to the address provided during checkout. Additionally, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

Please note that the delivery times mentioned are estimates. While Rethes strives to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

We urge you to verify your shipping details before finalizing your order. Incorrect information may lead to delays, as we may need to contact you for corrections.

Your package might be delivered by your local post office or a local courier. Typically, orders are dispatched through the local postal service and will arrive with your regular mail. If you're not available at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice with details on where to collect your package.

Rethes will not resend packages that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable.

In cases where your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please directly contact the delivery carrier to resolve this issue. Rethes does not take responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not offer refunds or credits for packages the carrier reports as delivered.
